Discarded like trash, a tiny, helpless puppy was discovered wrapped in a garbage bag, barely clinging to life, abandoned by the side of the road.
When rescuers from a local Pet Adoption Center responded to a report of an abandoned dog, they were horrified by what they found.
Inside the bag was a frail little pup, convulsing and unresponsive. Her body was weak, her breathing shallow—her condition critical.
“She was very sick,” one rescuer explained. “Perhaps that’s why her owner left her there. They didn’t care. They gave up on her.”
